| Apparently playing around with a ham radio set-up, Tom (1913-1981) is shown in his home in Joliet, IL. We don't know when the photo was taken or any of the particulars. Tom was Val's uncle; he worked for the utility department in Joliet, and knew everything that was going on city-wide. He was married to Helen (sister of Val's dad), who is still living in Plainfield (near Joliet). |
