The Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center
Fauna Project

Twenty participants completed this week's survey under cold and sunny conditions. Though somewhat related to the much larger scorpion, the 2 mm long pseudoscorpion lacks a defensive stinging tail yet has venom glands in its pincers to help subdue prey. See images below.
