It was foggy and cool with intermittent drizzle as four volunteers completed this week's survey. Harvestmen are much more active during this kind of weather than when it is hot and dry. They are common in the Gardens and might be seen walking around, feeding or mating. The smaller male in the image below is touching the female's body with his leg.
